Due to continued organic growth, we are now recruiting an Engineering Labourer to join this expanding and supportive manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities of the Engineering Labourer

• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe workshop environment; consistently following health and safety procedures.
• Organise tools, materials and equipment to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• Dispose of general waste and recycling in line with company guidelines.
• Assist fabricators with daily workshop activities, including preparing, handling and moving materials.

• Comfortable working within a manufacturing or workshop environment.
• Confident using hand and power tools.
• Able to carry out physically demanding tasks

Working Hours of the Engineering Labourer:

• Monday- Thursday: 06:00-15:00.
• Friday- 06:00-11:00.

In Return, the Engineering Labourer will receive:

• Hourly Rate: -12.95 Per Hour.
• Early finish on a Friday.
• Quarterly production bonus.
• 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
