We''re looking for experienced engineers to move into Engineering Trainer / Engineering Instructor positions, delivering practical and technical training to the next generation of engineers. There are two positions available: Mechanical Engineering Trainer - Mechanical Maintenance Electrical Engineering Trainer - Electrical Maintenance You do not need previous teaching or training experience. If you have strong industrial engineering experience and the ability to explain technical concepts to others, full support will be provided to develop you into a qualified trainer. The Role You''ll use your industry experience to train and develop engineering apprentices across Level 2, Level 3 and HNC programmes. The role will involve a combination of practical workshop training, technical instruction, coaching and supporting learners through their apprenticeship.
