To maintain a high attention for detail and an appreciation of the exceptional working standards required within the Aerospace industry. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES Inspection of aircraft components, ground support equipment and raw materials. To use relevant inspection equipment, software, drawings and models. Undertake first and final inspection of machined parts and assemblies. Perform accurate in-process quality inspection and maintain quality inspection records. Create and submit First Article Inspection Reports. Complete supplier component inspection and FAI buy-off. Identify, report, and assist with the resolution of quality issues or non-conformities. Collaborate with production teams and engineers to provide feedback and assist in resolving quality concerns. Engage with customer and supplier representatives, and their relative quality teams.
