      <description>Location: Glasgow | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Job Title: Engineering Insights Analyst     Location :  Glasgow Head Office (Hybrid: 4 office | 1 WFH)    Salary: Competitive (DOE)     To bring hands-on engineering and facilities management expertise into the Data Insights team, providing the technical judgement that turns maintenance data into credible insight for our clients' asset replacement and capital expenditure programmes. Drawing on a practical background in refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, or building services, the Engineering Insights Analyst will investigate maintenance activity across the estate, recognising from an engineer's perspective where patterns of failure, repeat visits, high spend, or poor asset performance point to underlying root cause.  The role is investigative first and foremost: challenging how assets are being maintained, questioning whether specifications, maintenance regimes, and repair-versus-replace decisions stand up to technical scrutiny, and quantifying the cost-saving and cost-avoidance opportunities that follow.
