This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of site investigation projects across the South East, supporting infrastructure, residential, and commercial developments. You will be responsible for the supervision of site investigations, factual reporting, and providing ground-related technical input to projects. Key Responsibilities Supervising ground investigations, including trial pitting, window sampling, and borehole drilling Logging soil and rock in accordance with BS 5930 and Eurocode 7 Coordinating and managing site works, including subcontractors and drill crews Undertaking in-situ testing (e.g. SPTs, CBR testing, plate load tests where required) Collecting and managing soil and groundwater samples for laboratory testing Processing and interpreting ground investigation data Preparing factual and interpretative reports Assisting with geotechnical risk assessments and preliminary design recommendations E...
