The Role

You''ll play a key role in delivering a range of geotechnical and geoenvironmental projects, combining technical expertise with project management responsibilities.

This is a position where you''ll be trusted to lead projects, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and delivering ground investigation projects
• Producing and reviewing interpretative reports
• Overseeing site works and ensuring quality & safety standards
• Mentoring junior engineers and geologists
• Client liaison and project coordination
• Supporting commercial and project management decisions

Senior-level roles often involve full project lifecycle responsibility, including safety, cost control, and programme delivery.

What We''re Looking For

• Degree in Geology / Engineering Geology / Geotechnical Engineering
• Typically 5+ years'' consultancy experience
• Strong report writing and project management skills
• Experience supervising site investigations
• Ability to manage clients and junior staff
