Engineering Director

Engineering Director with a background spanning engineering, master data management, AI and architecture and platform and experience is sought by a pioneering professional services scale up based near Nottingham. Operating as the number one technical decision maker this Engineering Director will work closely with the board to re-align and embed technology innovation with business impact to drive rapid growth. This Engineering Director will use their existing JavaScript and Azure stack knowledge to set delivery practices across observability, DevOps, agile and security whilst using key skills in building LLM agents to drive a growth mindset around AI and spec driven development. This role would suit someone who is a disrupter by nature who by working with board level stakeholders can quickly absorb and understand the business challenges and objectives building a team that can deliver ground up solutions which gets results in hours, not months.
