This is a pivotal role where you will oversee the efficient and accurate delivery of customer orders, ensuring compliance with stringent aerospace standards. As a hands-on leader, you will manage a dedicated team, coordinate multiple priorities, and act as a key liaison between production, operations, and external suppliers. Responsibilities As the Despatch Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the Despatch Department. Prioritising workloads to ensure all customer delivery deadlines are met. Supervising, supporting, and developing the despatch team to maximise performance. Setting clear expectations and maintaining accountability within the team. Identifying training needs and supporting ongoing skill development.
