This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for leading the Engineering team and overseeing New Product Development (NPD) projects from initial concept through to validation, launch and production. The successful candidate will provide structure, leadership and direction across Engineering, while working closely with Production, Purchasing, Quality, Sales, Operations and external suppliers.
