Engineering Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Service Planning and Scheduling Coordinator to join a growing engineering service operation. This role is ideal for someone with experience planning engineers, coordinating maintenance activities or scheduling field service work who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment. You''ll become a key part of the Service and Aftersales team, taking ownership of engineer scheduling, workload planning and resource coordination while helping to deliver an excellent service to customers. This is a role where organisation, communication and forward planning are just as important as attention to detail. The Role As a Service Planning and Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating engineering activities across planned maintenance, commissioning and reactive service work. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and scheduling engineering resource to meet customer and operational requirements. Managing engineer diaries and maintaining forward workload visibility. Coordinating planned maintenance visits, reactive call-outs and commissioning activities. Monitoring engineer availability, travel requirements and resource utilisation. Identifying scheduling conflicts and supporting effective resolution. Managing incoming service enquiries and allocating work appropriately.
