Role responsibilities: Coordinate engineers across multiple disciplines within the Joint Design Office (JDO) to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery of design packages. Monitor performance against key metrics and maintain high technical standards across all deliverables. Manage design changes and resolve technical issues. Ensure alignment and effective coordination between design and construction teams. Support readiness reviews and resolve multi-disciplinary challenges that could impact project progress.
