Engineering Controls Manager

As Engineering Controls Manager, you will be the subject matter expert for engineering controls and BMS systems, responsible for developing technical standards, driving innovation and ensuring controls platforms remain robust, scalable and aligned with future business requirements. Client DetailsOur client is a well known national retailer looking to grow their technical engineering department.DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enhance engineering controls and BMS platforms to support business objectives.Create and maintain technical standards and specifications.Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency and continuous improvement.Collaborate with operational, IT, engineering and property teams to deliver consistent standards.Support the design and implementation of controls and BMS projects.Produce technical business cases for trials, new technologies and improvement initiatives.Manage supplier relationships and engage with industry experts.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards and best practice.Contribute to sustainability, energy reduction and operational improvement programmes.
