The role will support the safe upkeep and improvement of roads, hard standings, drainage, foundations, boundaries and other external assets, with aspects of groundskeeping, vegetation management and tree surgery. The role will work with planned maintenance schedules, ensuring infrastructure is maintained to the highest level. Position Accountabilities: Complete excavation, drainage, ducting, concreting, kerbing, paving, minor masonry, foundations and hardstanding repairs. Construct, install and repair fencing, barriers, bollards, service yards, access routes and associated civil infrastructure. Undertake site preparation, reinstatement and general building fabric repairs, including safe excavation around buried services. Operate hand tools and authorised small plant safely, completing pre-use checks and basic care of equipment.
