The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Bench Hand to join our prestigious engineering client in Shipley. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that high-quality products are precisely assembled, inspected, and tested to meet strict industry and customer standards. Key Responsibilities As Bench Hand, you will: Inspect components and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards Assemble and test products on the workbench using hand tools and technical processes Read and interpret complex engineering drawings to fit, deburr, and finish parts Record inspection data and ensure accurate documentation Provide constructive feedback to the continuous improvement team Perform effective end-of-shift handovers to ensure workflow continuity Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workbench area Adhere to company quality procedures, safety ..... full job details .....
