Job DescriptionAbout the RoleThe Field Engineering Assistant supports the effective operation of a dynamic engineering environment by maintaining accurate schedules, managing non-technical project data, and preparing operational reports using advanced Excel capability. This role ensures that scheduling information, project records, and workflow data are captured, structured, and delivered reliably to support engineering teams and leadership.Based in Forfar, and supporting Field Engineering operations across the UK, Singapore and the Middle East, the position plays a critical role in coordinating non-technical project workflows, maintaining data integrity across multiple systems, and providing essential inputs to operational, scheduling, and financial processes. This position is suited to both experienced professionals seeking a stable and impactful coordination role, and ambitious early-career candidates who demonstrate strong analytical ability and a desire to build a career in engineering operations.
