Apprenticeship Trainer/Assessor - EngineeringWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Apprenticeship Trainer/Assessor to support apprentices undertaking Engineering Level 3 work-based learning qualifications.This is an excellent opportunity for an industry professional with assessing experience who is passionate about developing the next generation of engineers.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess apprentice work and provide constructive feedbackSupport apprentices with resubmissions and progression planningGuide learners towards successful completion of their qualifications and End Point Assessment (EPA)Deliver EPA preparation sessionsWork closely with the Head of Department to support gateway readinessMaintain accurate learner records and progress trackingTravel to employer sites to carry out workplace assessments and reviewsSubject AreaEngineering Level 3 work-based learning qualifications, including:Maintenance EngineeringMachiningEngineering Technician pathwaysEssential RequirementsLevel 3 qualification in EngineeringOccupational experience in Maintenance, Machining, or Engineering Technician rolesAssessing qualification such as: A1D32/D33CAVAStrong communication and learner support skillsAbility to work independently and manage a caseload of apprenticesFull driving licence and willingness to travel to different sitesHours18.5 hours per weekDesirablePrevious experience assessing apprenticeshipsKnowledge of apprenticeship standards and EPA processesTeaching or training ..... full job details .....
