You will gain your initial understanding of our business processes - taking part in a rotational plan moving throughout our different departments. Starting with our Sales Team, you will see the lifecycle of our products right through to the completion and shipping of a manufactured component ready to be used. Your hands-on academic training plan is where learning and development really begins. You will take part in a 4 year training plan where NOV will monitor your progress, supporting and guiding you to become a successful and first class engineering apprentice. Academic Year One: You will be in college and on site spending time working towards your hands-on NVQ Level 2 Qualification.
