You''ll join our Engineering, Technology and Safety organisation, which supports all our different divisions. You''ll complete rotational ''gigs'', gathering experience across the engineering lifecycle and building capabilities such as mechanical systems, manufacturing, software and digital, electrical, materials and development. These gigs could be within our central Engineering, Technology and Safety teams or within our Civil Aerospace, Defence, Defence Nuclear Submarines or Power Systems divisions. We want to give you a breadth of experience across Rolls-Royce to build your network.
