Site Services ManagerMonday - Friday (Lunch time finish Friday) 67,000 + Bonus I am recruiting for an experienced Site Services Manager to join a leading food manufacturing business. The role will oversee site utilities, engineering services, statutory compliance, contractors and critical infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesManage site utilities including steam, HVAC, gas, water treatment, electrical systems and refrigeration.Lead PPM, contractor management and statutory compliance.Lead and develop the Site Services team.Manage maintenance budgets and contractors.Support CAPEX and continuous improvement projects.Drive energy efficiency and site performance improvements.Ensure safe, compliant and reliable infrastructure supporting production.Experience:Previous experience in Site Services, Utilities, Engineering or Facilities Management, ideally within food/FMCG manufacturing.Strong utilities and statutory compliance knowledge.Strong contractor and people-management experience.NEBOSH General Certificate desirable/required.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
