The company is one of the world s largest suppliers of unsaturated polyester resins for composites and a leading supplier of coating resins for a wide variety of markets and applications.The RoleThey are seeking an Engineering and Maintenance Manager, ideally with a background in electrical and electronic engineering, tomanage the maintenance of the plant and buildings at the Mitcham facility, utilising the MAXIMO preventative maintenance system. Administer and maintain this system and the records, keeping all plant equipment in a safe and operable condition with minimum downtime, making best use of human resources to achieve aims and minimising the use of contractors and consultants.This role will be responsible for managing the maintenance and capital budgets.Responsibilities Execute the capital plan as best defined by completing assigned projects on schedule and within budgetResponsible for the capital budget management, as well as for the capital planning, CEAR submission and all project-related activitiesResponsible for cash flow forecasting of all project spending and closing projects upon receipt of the last invoice associated with each projectEnsure that all abatement equipment is maintained to ensure regulatory compliance ..... full job details .....
