Responsibilities and duties of the Engineering and Maintenance Manager roleReporting to the Plant Manager you will:Lead the Engineering and Maintenance Department, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient delivery of engineering activities.Oversee maintenance strategies, technical standards and engineering procedures.Support major maintenance events, investigations and plant incidents.Develop and manage departmental staff, setting objectives and monitoring performance.Control engineering budgets and ensure work aligns with the Annual Operating Plan.Maintain and improve the site CMMS, engineering documentation and contractor management.Provide technical guidance on complex issues and contribute to site improvement initiatives.Deputise for the Plant Manager and participate in the duty manager rota.
