The role ensures that purchasing, deliveries, stock records, paperwork, servicing information and engineering documentation are accurate, organised and kept up to date. The Position: Create purchase orders for quotes and customer orders using Linkfresh. and accurately record and maintain all purchase orders on the purchase order spreadsheet. Issue purchase orders to the relevant suppliers and companies in a timely manner and update and sign off purchase orders once deliveries have been received or jobs completed, liaising with the Accounts Department to reconcile delivery notes and invoices. Place stock and engineering orders as required, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained. Ensure all incoming deliveries are clearly labelled with the correct stock numbers and record deliveries promptly and accurately on the stock spreadsheet and stored in the correct stock locations.
