This is an excellent opportunity for someone highly organised and detail-oriented to support the engineering function and contribute to the smooth running of maintenance operations.This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys working with systems, data, and processes, and takes pride in ensuring operational efficiency through strong administrative support.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintaining and coordinating the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) systemManaging spare parts inventory and stock controlSupporting supplier and contractor managementTracking departmental spend against budgetManaging contract documentation, including renewals and recordsAnalysing data from maintenance systems to identify trends and improvementsAssisting with project coordination and administrative supportMonitoring maintenance and facilities work orders to ensure timely completionRaising purchase orders to support engineering activitiesMaintaining accurate data across systems and recordsSupporting communication between engineering teams, shift managers, and wider stakeholdersAssisting in the creation and improvement of procedures and SOPsEnsuring compliance with Health ..... full job details .....
