The role supports the wider production process by ensuring that all products are manufactured to the required quality, quantity, and deadlines while following operational, maintenance, and safety procedures. Key Responsibilities Production Operates engineered timber production equipment in line with schedules and established standards. Maintains steady production levels while minimising waste and downtime. Supports continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance workflow and efficiency. Takes part in relevant training and assists in the training of others when required. Carries out reasonable tasks as directed by supervisory staff. Health and Safety Follows all health and safety procedures and safe working practices at all times. Reports accidents, incidents, or equipment misuse immediately. Maintains a clean, safe, and organised working environment. Quality Works to specified tolerances and customer requirements to maintain consistent product quality. Minimises rejects and completes all required documentation accurately. Conducts regular checks on materials and processes to ensure quality standards are met.
