As a key member of our Civil Engineering Design firm, you will be responsible for designing infrastructure projects, reviewing and project managing projects whilst mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in civil engineering and be passionate about learning and developing towards chartership.This design consultancy works on projects in the UK and overseas, delivering sustainable and developmental infrastructure for private and public sector clients. The office is multidisciplinary, working together across projects to deliver the highest standard of work. They work in the residential, railway, maritime, and structural sectors, where you will lead in drainage and highway design.Experience

Bachelor''s degree (BSc or BEng) in Civil Engineering or related field; Master''s degree preferred3 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on infrastructure design and project managementProficiency in relevant engineering software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, PDS, Microdrainage, Info Drainage, and other design toolsStrong understanding of regulatory standards, codes, and guidelines related to infrastructure design and constructionStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesCommitment to continuous learning and professional developmentTake ownership in your team and help mentor junior staffReview designs and project work to the highest standard to deliver on client expectationsLiaise with clients and stakeholdersAbility to manage workload and work to tight deadlinesBenefits : 25 days annual leave, Professional membershipThis is a full-time position in the office.
