You''ll be the person who keeps the day running smoothly, making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time and that customers receive a seamless experience.Key Responsibilities:Planning and booking in routine and recurring visits for customersKeeping the team calendar accurate, up to date and easy to followReorganising engineer schedules at short notice when plans change or appointments are cancelledAllocating colleagues to jobs based on their skills and availabilityLiaising with the team about extra hours and coverReviewing the upcoming schedule each day to stay one step aheadWorking with colleagues across the department to make sure jobs are completed on time and to a high standardHandling day-to-day admin, including updating systems and responding to calls and emailsSkills and Experience Required:Previous experience in a customer-facing or customer service roleNaturally organised, with the ability to balance competing priorities and tight deadlinesConfident communicator who builds good working relationships with colleagues at all levelsExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyGood working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeA positive, flexible team player who is also happy to take the initiativeIf you''re a motivated, solutions-focused individual ..... full job details .....
