Role : Engineer Scheduler
Location : Bromsgrove
 
Package : up to £28,000 / 8.30am - 4.30pm  / 25+ 8 holiday allowance / Optional on call if you want to do it ( £250 PW extra )  
 
We are specialists in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration providing exceptional service, maintenance and repairs across the country employing over 60 employees.  With over 20 years of experience in our field helping organisations of various sizes such as Supermarkets, Shops, Bars and Clubs, Hotels, Restaurants, Hospitals to mention a few.
 
We are now looking to recruit for an experienced Service Co-ordinator in our office to be the first point of call for the service engineers and clients completing the below tasks

• Allocating work to the service engineers
• Managing emails and telephone call enquiries
• Ordering parts
• Keeping clients up to date
• Chasing up jobs and ensuring someone is assigned to them
• Processing job sheets, quotes, purchase orders
• Ensure administration processes work effectively

• Previous experience on a service desk in the HVAC industry
• Great communication and customer skills
• Able to work well in a team
• IT literate
