Responsible for providing engineering support across multiple civil engineering projects, overseeing setting out activities, quality assurance, resource planning, and the development of Site Engineers. Ensuring works are delivered safely, accurately, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Establish survey and level control, oversee setting out activities, and verify engineering accuracy. Support Site Agents and Project Managers in planning, resource allocation, procurement, and project delivery. Supervise and mentor Site Engineers, trainees, and junior engineers. Lead quality processes, including ITPs, Quality Management Plans, audits, and handover documentation. Prepare method statements, deliver toolbox talks, and promote health, safety, and environmental compliance. Manage engineering records, as-built information, and project documentation.
