The role will involve carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, compliance checks and minor installation works across commercial plumbing and mechanical building services. You will be responsible for maintaining domestic hot and cold-water systems, boosted water supplies and associated plant, while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with relevant regulations and contractual requirements.
