Engineer - Part time Growing Dairy Facility Salary £40-50k Pro Rata Minimum 3/4 days flexible working Wincanton just off A303We are looking for a Part time hands-on Engineer / Engineering Supervisor to join our successful and growing factory team. This is a varied and interesting role and can be carried out on a permanent part time basis with a minimum of 3/4 days a week and a flexible approach.The RoleCarry out various engineering tasks on a small but expanding dairy production plantDeliver both reactive and planned maintenance across production and site services Take ownership of engineering standards, processes, and performance Manage contractors, projects, and site engineering activities Ensure high standards of Health and Safety and compliance are met at all timesWhat We re Looking ForProven experience in a hands-on engineering roleIdeally a background in dairy or liquid processingStrong mechanical and some basic PLC electrical fault-finding skills would be helpfulExperience in fast-paced manufacturing environments (FMCG preferred)Working HoursThis is a Day-based role however some flexibility will be required as the site operates 05:30 to 20:00, Monday to Friday and sometimes on a weekendThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants more than just an engineering job you ll have the chance to help shape engineering on a new and expanding site and be a key part of its success.
