EngineerLocation: Notts, East Midlands Salary: Up to 60,000 (DOE) Car / Car Allowance: Company vehicle or 5k+ car allowance Job Type: Permanent, Full-TimeLinsco are delighted to be working alongside our client, a growing national housebuilder, who are looking to recruit an experienced Engineer to join their regional technical team.This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with a background in residential development, civil engineering or technical design to take the next step in their career, supporting land, development and site teams across a range of housing schemes.The successful candidate will have a strong eye for detail, good commercial awareness and a desire to deliver technical work to a high standard, whilst also supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.The RoleAs an Engineer, you will provide technical and engineering support throughout the development process, from feasibility and design through to construction, infrastructure procurement and adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical and engineering support to the Land and Development teams during feasibility studies and preparation of site viability reports.Identify and appoint external consultants, agreeing scopes, fees, programmes and deliverables.Manage consultant relationships and ensure technical information is delivered in line with project programmes and relevant warranty standards.Consider commercial implications relating to planning, architectural design, civil and structural ..... full job details .....
