Engineer / Civil Engineer - Residential Developer / House BuilderA leading UK residential developer and house builder is seeking an experienced Engineer / Civil Engineer to join its growing technical team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-established new homes developer delivering high-quality residential and housing developments across the region.The RoleYou will be responsible for coordinating and delivering civil engineering packages for residential developments, supporting projects from planning through to completion. Key responsibilities include:Producing and coordinating road, sewer and drainage designsManaging Section 38, Section 104 and Section 278 agreementsPreparing external levels and private drainage drawingsCoordinating foundation designs and approvalsSupporting planning condition dischargesLiaising with consultants, local authorities and utility providersManaging engineering approvals, inspections and bond releasesRequirementsExperience working for a residential developer, house builder, housing developer or engineering consultancyStrong knowledge of residential infrastructure and housing developmentsExperience with Section 38, 104 and 278 agreementsHNC/HND or similar qualification in Civil EngineeringWorking knowledge of: AutoCADPDSMicroDrainageHighways and drainage design standardsSewers for Adoption and Building RegulationsPackageCompetitive salaryBonus schemeCompany car or car allowancePensionPrivate healthcareHybrid workingEnhanced ..... full job details .....
