We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Engineer to become a vital part of our Engineering Team at our bacon slicing and packing facility in Cleckheaton. Position Details: • Schedule: 4 on 4 off (Days and Nights), 6am - 6pm and 6pm - 6am • Location: Kober, Cleckheaton - Site Based Role • Contract Type: Permanent Your key responsibilities will include: Completion of reactive maintenance work when machinery breaks down to ensure impact to line efficiencies is minimised. Carrying out preventative maintenance to schedule. Ensure high standards or engineering workmanship across site. Team working on site development projects. Contribute to the development of existing and new standards for key items of equipment and facilities. Lead high standards of safety practices across the business. Complete routine tasks without being prompted, including any other duties relating to your role. Participate in Engineering focused activities Contribute towards continuous improvement projects. Support site technical issue resolution and completion of improvement actions through good engineering practices and guidance. Identify and share best practice and contribute towards raising awareness, improving performance and transitioning to a pro-active engineering culture What are we looking for?
