Engineer - IAM

The Engineer will play a key role in delivering and operating enterprise Identity andamp; Access Management (IAM) capabilities. Design, develop, test and support the identity platform capabilities that deliver the IDAM 2.0 programme. Work collaboratively within an Agile delivery team to implement secure, scalable and resilient identity services whilst adhering to engineering standards and best practices. In this role, you will: Develop and maintain cloud-native identity services and platform components. Build APIs, microservices and event-driven integrations. Implement features in accordance with solution designs and engineering standards. Develop secure integrations with enterprise identity platforms and third-party services. Implement authentication, authorisation and identity federation capabilities. Support the implementation of Human Identity, Agent Identity and Workload Identity solutions. Develop Policy-as-Code integrations and authorisation services. Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code where required. Participate in peer code reviews and design reviews. Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues. Support deployment activities across development, test and production environments. Produce technical documentation and operational runbooks. Ensure solutions meet security, performance and resilience requirements.
