Coordinate and secure all technical information, approvals, quotations and agreements and onsite service connections. Liaise with utility providers, consultants, local authorities, highways authorities and environmental agencies and warranty providers. Support the appointment and management of utility providers and external consultants. Review utility related legal agreements, easements and associated documentation in conjunction with external legal teams. Attend weekly prestart meetings, site meetings and project reviews to support programme delivery and performance. Ensure technical drawings and information are distributed accurately and in a timely manner to Construction, Commercial and Sales teams. Provide ongoing technical support and practical solutions to challenges arising across developments. Assist with feasibility studies and provide utility budget cost advise during the early stages of projects.
