Who we need: We need a competent individual with an Engineering backround who is prepared to take responsibility, work pro-actively and autonomously but report to The Technical Director and Technical Manager in a close-knit team. A good attitude to hard work, a methodical and meticulous approach to detail but with a flexible approach to problem solving - an excellent manager of priorities to meet the changing needs of the business. A broad role within the technical team, with involvement in all stages of the development cycle. Feasibility, reports, planning, design, drawings, approvals, tracking and prioritising to meet the needs of the business. A dynamic role, providing an excellent service and advice to all other departments. Previous experience in house building and housing developments. Working knowledge of AutoCAD in construction.
