Based at their site in Bonnyrigg this is a hands-on role focused on keeping plant and equipment running safely, reliably and efficiently, with a good mix of planned and reactive maintenance. You’ll be involved in: Planned preventative maintenance Reactive maintenance and fault finding Equipment repairs and reliability Installation and commissioning of equipment Identifying recurring faults and putting longer-term fixes in place Supporting continuous improvement and reducing downtime Managing engineering spares and maintenance records Working closely with Production and Technical teams Ensuring engineering work meets H&S, GMP, hygiene and food safety standards What we're looking for: Engineering apprenticeship is essential HNC/HND would be desirable Experience within food manufacturing or FMCG would be advantageous Experience with PPM systems Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Someone practical, organised and comfortable working independently If you're an Engineer looking for y...
