Exciting Opportunity: Engineer (Development and Water Management) Needed in SE EnglandAre you a talented Engineer with a passion for innovative water management and drainage solutions? My client is seeking an exceptional individual to join their dynamic team as an Engineer (Development and Water Management) for an initial 6 month contract with the possibility of extension. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, delivering designs across highways, property, and development in respect to flood management and drainage.Key Responsibilities:Undertake highway drainage design to DMRB standards for ETE project workManage LLFA/ S278/S38/S106 projects, including design and checking of designsDesign foul and surface water drainage to Building Regulations and Sewers for Adoption standardsProvide specialist design of small packaged sewage treatment plants and drainage fields/mounds/outfallsConduct flood modelling (Pluvial/ Fluvial), if desiredPrepare contracts in SHW (Highways England) and/or NBS formatsUtilise AutoCAD/Civils 3D or Causeway Live/PDS software proficientlyQualifications and Experience:RQF Level 4-6 in Civil Engineering or equivalent Proven track record in drainage design, with experience in the areas mentioned aboveProficient in the use of AutoCAD/Civils 3D or Causeway Live/PDS softwareDesirable: Experience in highway design using Manual for Streets/ DMRBFull UK driving licence and right to work in the UKWhy Join This Company?This company ..... full job details .....
