Providing expert remote fault diagnosis across mechanical and electrical equipment. Supporting and coordinating field engineers to deliver fast, effective resolutions. Developing and improving internal digital tools, dashboards and support processes. Analysing service performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.What We''re Looking For Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding experience. Previous experience in technical support, field service or engineering. Leadership or mentoring experience, or someone ready to take the next step.
