Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Location: UK (Nationwide Travel)

We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Field Service Engineer to join a dynamic and growing sector. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electro-mechanical systems at client sites. The role involves diagnosing technical issues, providing on-site repairs, and ensuring minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct installation and commissioning of equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair faults efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support.
• Keep accurate service records and documentation.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a field service or maintenance role (mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel nationwide.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Relevant engineering qualifications or equivalent work experience.
