We are currently seeking an experienced Site/Setting Out Engineer to join a project based on an RAF facility in Oxford. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a variety of groundworks and civil engineering packages.

• Setting out and surveying works across the project.
• Supporting and managing groundworks packages.
• Setting out for pit and duct installations.
• Overseeing and checking drainage works.
• Supporting foundation installation and associated infrastructure.
• Ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings and specifications.
• Maintaining quality control and accurate records.

• Proven experience as a Site or Setting Out Engineer within the civil engineering or groundworks sector.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Groundworks packages
  • Pit and duct works
  • Drainage systems
  • Foundation installation
• Competent in the use of surveying equipment (GPS and Total Station).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• CSCS card essential.
• Security clearance or the ability to obtain clearance may be required due to the nature of the project.
