This hands-on role involves the dismantling and reassembly of engines in line with manufacturer and warranty standards. The successful candidate will have mechanical experience and a flexible, team-focused approach. Key Responsibilities: Strip mechanical components from engines according to instruction Distribute new parts to appropriate engines and machinery Jet wash engines after final quality checks before dispatch Report any issues, near misses, or concerns to the line manager Support all 5S and continuous improvement activities Assist the wider team with any reasonable tasks as directed Follow relevant process plans, instructions, and health & safety procedures Note: This is not an exhaustive list.
