Engagement Team Leader (Apprenticeships)

Find are delighted to be supporting a Nottingham based leading training organisation to hire an Engagement Team Leader to drive their sales and learner recruitment team. Our client provide a range of employment related training including Full Time Programmes, Apprenticeships, Employability, Adult Learning Loans and workexperience opportunities for adults and young people from diverse backgrounds, that will enhance individuals'' employment potential and qualifications. The successful candidate will work with the Commercial Director to develop and grow the business, implement the sales strategy and achieve annual sales, recruitment and retention KPIs across all relevant programmes. You will effectively lead, develop and manage the engagement team to ensure they meet their individual KPIs and deliver excellent service to all our customer and stakeholders and build strong working relationships. Main responsibilities: Ensure the team are achieving sales targets and KPIs across all relevant programmes. Ensure the team maximise sales opportunities and sales time by working in a structured format and implementing sales plans in line with sales strategy. Produce accurate and timely sales reports as required and ensure overall and individual sales records/trackers/CRM/reports, are kept up to date in a timely manner.
