Summary:As the Engagement Programme Lead, you will be at the heart of our connection with the community, taking the lead on the engagement programme and bringing our insight strategy to life.In this pivotal role, you''ll transform data and research into a clear, human story that helps us improve our services and make smarter business decisions. You will guide insight projects from the very first spark of an idea all the way to completion, ensuring the "voice of the customer" is heard in every room. By serving as our internal sector expert, you will support colleagues across the entire organisation and champion what our customers truly need.Main responsibilities:Design, plan, and execute both qualitative and quantitative market research projects to address core business questions.Select the most appropriate research methodologies and supporting techniques to meet defined business objectives.Develop research instruments, including screening tools, discussion guides, and survey questionnaires.Manage the end-to-end research process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Proactively scope and recommend research activities to anticipate future business needs.Manage and maintain the company''s insight hub, ensuring that the hub is up to date with latest internal and external insight, and that stakeholders across the business are utilising the toolManagement of the Independent Challenge Group (or equivalent) and activities, as well as action and challenge ..... full job details .....
