Engagement Lead - Service Delivery Location: London/Hybrid My client is looking for a highly experienced Engagement Lead to join a growing consultancy and play a pivotal role in delivering transformational outcomes for some of the UK''s most recognised organisations. As Engagement Lead, you will act as a key member of their consulting team, working directly with senior client stakeholders to analyse complex environments, lead consulting engagements, and deliver high-quality outcomes against defined timelines. The successful candidate will combine consulting expertise with specialist methodologies to help transform IT and digital capabilities. As Operational Engagement Lead you will: Lead senior-level client engagements and consulting assignments. Analyse complex IT and digital operating environments. Produce high-quality deliverables, presentations, and client-facing documentation. Drive digital transformation and organisational change initiatives. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. Within this role you will be able to demonstrate the following : Extensive expertise within a consulting or advisory environment. Proven experience delivering consultative engagements and client-focused outcomes.
