Engagement Coordinator

Right now, we are looking for an Engagement Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our Volunteering Service at our London head office. Sounds great, what will I be doing? As an Engagement Coordinator, you will coordinate and develop a diverse programme of volunteer-led activities, including Hestia''s choir and online groups, workshops, and learning opportunities, to enhance wellbeing, social connection, and engagement for service users. You will organise schedules, events, communications, and logistics, while supporting volunteers to deliver safe, inclusive, and high-quality sessions. Working closely with staff, service users, and external partners, you will encourage participation, gather feedback, and use outcomes data to drive continuous improvement. You will also recruit, train, supervise, and support volunteers, maintain accurate records and reports, promote volunteering opportunities, build positive relationships across the organisation, and contribute to the ongoing success and development of volunteering programmes.
