Engagement Campaign Manager

To help us support and deliver our ambitious Individual Giving programme, we are looking for a driven Campaign Manager to join our Donor Engagement Team. Working with internal and external stakeholders, our successful candidate will develop and deliver campaigns across multiple channels to generate income and increase the loyalty across a range of audiences. They will; Project manage a range a of direct marketing campaigns, including direct mail, digital and telemarketing. Evaluate campaigns and provide recommendations. Report monthly on your campaigns against key performance indicators. Support the Senior Development Manager with the development of an annual budget, its quarterly reforecasting and monthly monitoring Support the Senior Development Manager with the development and implementation of a multi-audience engagement programme, in collaboration with teams across the Income and Engagement directorate.
