Working within a specialist Enforcement Team, you''ll take ownership of a varied caseload focused on debt recovery, costs recovery, and enforcement matters, playing a critical role in securing successful outcomes for clients.The RoleAs an Enforcement Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload while working closely with clients, courts, defendants, and enforcement agents. You''ll be responsible for progressing matters efficiently, maximising recoveries, and ensuring all enforcement action is handled professionally and effectively.Key Responsibilities Managing a caseload of debt recovery and enforcement mattersReviewing settlement agreements, judgments, Court Orders, and costs schedulesMonitoring payment deadlines and taking action on overdue sumsDrafting letters before action and formal demandsRecovering damages, legal costs, and disbursementsIssuing Part 8 Proceedings and enforcement applicationsPreparing N260 schedulesLiaising with clients, defendants, courts, ..... full job details .....
