      <description>Location: Liverpool | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Enforcement Solicitor - Debt Recovery  Liverpool 50/50 Hybrid Flexi-Time Excellent Benefits This is a hands-on enforcement role for a solicitor who understands what happens after a settlement or judgement has been secured. You''ll be responsible for making sure damages, costs, disbursements and other outstanding sums are actually recovered rather than left sitting unpaid. You''ll manage your own caseload of debt recovery and enforcement matters, reviewing settlements, court orders and judgments, keeping on top of payment deadlines and taking the appropriate action when money isn''tforthcoming. The work includes issuing Part 8 proceedings, making enforcement applications, preparing N260 schedules, drafting formal demands and dealing with the credit control and recovery of damages, legal costs and disbursements. You''ll also negotiate outstanding legal fees and expenses and deal directly with clients, defendants, the courts, enforcement agents and other third parties.
