Enforcement Officer

Pay Rate: £17.43 per hour Location: Clare House, Airport Road, Belfast Start Date: ASAP Expected Duration: 4th October 2026 Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm. Note: The unit operates on a flexible pattern. PLEASE READ THE JOB REQUIREMENTS CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING: Essential Requirements: Degree/Level 4 qualification plus 2 years'' experience in an enforcement, investigatory or regulatory role. Experience in a regulatory compliance role Experience developing operational procedures, inspection frameworks or regulatory processes. Experience in conducting investigations in relation to non-compliance, securing, handling and managing evidence to required standards, including chain of custody. Experience preparing investigative reports and evidential documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and prioritise work effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and manage difficult situations. Ability to deliver outcomes within tight deadlines and competing priorities. Desired Requirements: Experience supporting system, database or business process development for operational delivery Supporting implementation planning and operational readiness activities.
